This is where you’ll complete your payment to confirm your place. Once your form is submitted and your payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email. About the Donation
We do not charge for the Sacraments. The exchange offered here supports the retreat container—facilitation, lodging, meals, preparation, support, and ongoing integration. This work is offered in devotion. And it’s important that it remains accessible to those who are truly called.
We offer a sliding scale model and need-based scholarships as available by donors. We ask that you choose from a place of integrity, honoring your own capacity and the needs of the collective. Pricing is on your welcome email, but if you need a refresher, please see the pricing here.
We accept Venmo, Zelle and Paypal (by request only).
Supporter:
This rate helps us make our work accessible to those with more modest means that otherwise would not be able to access it. This is for those with more economic abundance.
Standard:
This rate allows us to sustain our work. This applies if you are able to meet your needs in a consistent way.
Reduced Cost:
This applies if you are relatively economically disadvantaged and are unable to consistently meet your needs.
*There are 2 reduced cost spaces available per retreat.
Payment Schedule
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the retreat. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to private ceremonies.
You’re welcome to pay in full up front, or in two parts—whatever supports your process.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation and Deferment Policy for Retreats
All payments are non-refundable within 7 days of the retreat start date.
If you need to cancel:
45+ days before the retreat: Full refund available
30-45 days prior: 50% refund; 50% applied as credit toward a future retreat
14-30 days prior: Full amount may be applied as credit toward a future retreat
Less than 14 days: No refunds or credits available
You may defer your attendance once only. If you cancel again after deferring, your payment will be forfeited. This policy exists to maintain the integrity of the container and due to the logistical and energetic resources required to hold each retreat. Exceptions may be made in rare cases of emergency, at our discretion.
Cancellation and Deferment Policy for Private Ceremonies
45+ days before - full refund (if applicable travel has not been booked)
30+ days before - - 50% refund, 50% applied to future retreat
14 - 30 days before - 50% applied to future ceremony
0-14 days before - no refunds or deferment to future ceremony
If flights have been booked, and not yet reimbursed, your deposit will not be refundable in any timeframe.
You may defer your ceremony one time only. If you cancel again after deferring, your deposit and payments will be forfeited, and further deferment will not be available. No refund will be given for travel expenses that have already been booked, such as a flight ticket.
Receipts and Payment Records
If you require a formal receipt for your payment, please email [email protected] with your request. We do not automatically issue receipts unless they are requested. All payments are treated as donations in support of the ceremonial container.
Use of Funds and Contributions
We do not charge for the Sacraments. Your financial contribution supports the logistics and labor required to hold this container—including lodging, meals, facilitation, support staff, and integration.
A portion of the proceeds from each retreat is donated to the Council for the Protection of Sacred Plants through the Chacruna Institute, in support of Indigenous rights and plant medicine protections.
